  • No refunds are issued after service has started (unless agreed).

Delivery timeframes vary per service. Estimated timelines are provided after order confirmation.

 


 

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

  • Required access or data

  • Timely responses

Delays caused by missing information are not our responsibility.

We are not liable for:

 

  • Platform bans (Meta, Google, Shopify, PayPal, etc.)

  • Financial losses

  • Account misuse

  • User error

  • Third-party system failures

  • Legal issues arising from misuse of business structures or tools

 

All use of services is at your own risk.

 


 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All branding, designs, websites, and content delivered remain the property of CRS E-Commerce until payment is fully completed.

 


 

7. Termination

We may refuse or terminate service if:

 

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Abuse or harassment occurs

  • Terms are violated

 


 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

  • Shopify/Stripe holds

  • PayPal limitations

  • TikTok ad restrictions

Clients must comply with:

  • Advertising policies

  • Financial regulations

 

4. Use of Third-Party Services

When using Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, etc., you agree to their terms as well.
